This David Phelps sculpture is one of my favourites in the park near our home. The Dreamer is larger-than-life and never fails to make me pause and smile no matter how many times I pass it.

Hi EK:
What a wonderful change in your blog. I haven't kept up but Googled you and was led here by a friend Cyril's blog. Love your pictures and Sidney. I've put you on my desktop now so that I'll stay in touch. Yours truly, Annette
BE A PART OF MY NEW BOOK, More Tales Out of School.
This book is a revised version of one I did several years ago and is a compilation of people’s memories of their teachers. What do you remember about your teachers and school days?
E-mail me at estherkathleensegal@yahoo.ca with your memories. Your stories can be as long or as short as needed -from a few paragraphs to several pages. Please include your name and contact information (e-mail is fine) so that we can be in touch. IF YOUR STORY IS OF A SENSITIVE NATURE, OR FOR REASONS OF YOUR OWN, YOU MAY WISH TO WITHHOLD YOUR NAME OR USE A PEN NAME. For additional background information about this project, read my post of Friday, January 19, 2007, on this blog titled, More Tales Out of School: The Sequel.
